1. Who we are

This website is operated by Unisun Packaging Limited, a packaging manufacturer at Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, China 325000. For any question about this policy or about your data, contact us at sales@unisunpack.com or +86 15825665852. We are the data controller for the information described below.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you type into our quote form, plus the technical details a web server normally records:

• Form details — your name, business email, company, country, the product you are interested in and the specification you write in the message box.
• Technical details — the IP address the form was submitted from, and the date and time. We record these with the inquiry so we can filter spam and answer you reliably.

We do not ask for payment details, we do not run user accounts, and we do not send newsletters. This website is aimed at business buyers, not at children.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To answer your inquiry — quoting prices, recommending a bag construction, arranging samples and following up on an open quote. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• To measure our advertising — knowing which ads bring buyers to the site. Legal basis: your consent, which you give or refuse in the cookie banner and can change at any time.
• To keep the inquiry we answered for our records and for tax and commercial bookkeeping. Legal basis: our legitimate interest and legal obligations.

4. How long we keep it

Inquiry emails and the specification you send us are kept for up to 24 months from our last contact, then deleted. Server logs are kept for up to 12 months. If you ask us to delete your inquiry sooner, we will.

5. Who else sees it

Your inquiry is emailed to our own sales inbox and read by our sales team. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our advertising:

• Our web hosting provider — stores the site and processes the form email.
• Google (Google Ads) — measures which advertisements lead to inquiries and can receive a hashed identifier when a conversion is recorded, in line with Google's own privacy terms.
• WhatsApp — only if you choose to message us by clicking a WhatsApp link, in which case WhatsApp's terms apply to that conversation.

6. Cookies and advertising

Before you make a choice in the cookie banner, no advertising or analytics cookie is set: the site loads Google's tag with every storage type set to "denied", and it stays that way unless you press Accept. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

• Google advertising cookies (typically _gcl_au, and _gcl_aw when you arrive from an ad) — set only after you accept. They let Google tell us that an ad click turned into an inquiry.
• Your consent choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key usc_consent. It is not sent to us and it is not a cookie.

We also measure how the site is used with Google Analytics 4 (property G-X0GX1NTSYQ), which is switched on only after you accept. We do not run any other analytics product and we do not use these cookies for remarketing. If that changes, this page changes first.

7. Your rights

Where the GDPR or a similar law applies to you, you can ask us to:

• confirm what we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct anything inaccurate;
• delete it, where we have no legal reason to keep it;
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• send it to you or to another company in a portable format;
• withdraw consent for advertising cookies, at any time, without affecting anything else.

Write to sales@unisunpack.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

8. Where your data goes

We are based in China, so an inquiry you send us is transferred to and stored here. Where a transfer of personal data out of the EEA or the UK is involved, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, and we only use processors that commit to equivalent protection.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The form is protected by a spam filter and the message is delivered by email to a mailbox with access controls. No system is perfect, but we limit what we collect so that there is little to lose.

10. Changes to this policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026. When we change how the site handles data, we update this page before the change goes live.
