Tell us your specification
Bag size, product, weight per bag, closure, liner, print and quantity. A photo of your current bag is enough to start.

Artwork and proof
Our designers lay out your artwork on the bag and send a digital proof for approval within 2 to 3 days.

Sample before mass production
A pre-production sample is made on the same line that will run your order, so what you approve is what you receive.

Printing and conversion
Cylinder or flexo printing, lamination, cutting, gusseting, liner insertion and sewing, all in house.

Inspection and baling
In-line and final inspection against your specification, then baling or palletising with a quality record.

Loading and documents
Container loading photos before departure, plus the full document set for customs clearance at your end.

Frequently asked questions
Can I get free samples of your PP woven bags or kraft paper bags?
Yes. Standard stock bags are free of charge — you only cover the courier cost. If you need a bag made to your own specification and artwork, we produce a customised sample for a small sampling charge. Most samples are ready within 7 days and can be sent by DHL, FedEx or UPS.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We support low minimum order quantities for a first order so you can test the quality and the market before scaling up. Standard production runs start from one 20ft container, and we will tell you honestly what MOQ applies to your exact size, material and print requirement.
How long is production and delivery?
For bags without customisation, production is usually around two weeks. Fully customised PP woven or multi-layer paper bags take up to 25 working days after artwork approval. Shipping time depends on the destination port — we will quote you ocean transit days with the offer.
Can you design the printing artwork for us?
Yes. Our in-house design team works from anything you can give us: a sketch, a photo of a competitor bag, or an existing logo. We return print-ready artwork with the bag layout marked out within 2 to 3 days, and we do not release the plate until you approve it.
Can you match the bag to my existing filling line?
That is the part most suppliers get wrong. Tell us your filling equipment, bag weight and the product going in, and we will recommend the closure type, fabric weight and liner. We produce SOM, valve, block bottom, hemmed, heat cut and cold cut bags for both automatic and manual lines.
