Step 1: Design and manufacturing time

We produce the pp woven rolls from pp material in the factory. Then designed them into bags during the manufacturing process.

Step 2: Packing and baled all products time

The staff packs the products in bags and baled. They take a short time because it is an easy task.

Step 3: Custom clearance and loading time

The staff load the products onto UnisunPack vans and once cleared, drivers then transport them to various dispatch points.

Step 4: Sea and land transportation time

Once the products arrive at their destination, you will receive an alert. You can plan how to collect your shipped goods.

The Whole Process of Manufacturing PP Woven Bags

This is what we do when it comes to making wholesale pp woven bags:

1.Drawing – We purchase the Orginal PP material and covern them into thread.

2.Weaving – The thread will be weaved into different width  pp woven sheet rolls per customer order.

3.Printing – Printing the pp woven sheet per customer printing artwork designs.

4.Folding – Folding the printed pp woven sheet rolls.

5.Cutting –  Cutting the the sheet to different length per customer orders.

6.Processing – Making the shapes of bag such like gusset, insert inner liner ect.

7.Sewing – The workers will sewing the top or bottom.

8.Packing –  Packing the bags into bales or on pallets and wait to ship.

Yes,  regular samples will be free , but you will have to pay a small fee for shipping.

What am I supposed to do if my order delays?
